Thanks to the generosity of so many, Acres of Hope Secondary School is now open! Our sponsored students attend AOHU Secondary from Senor 1 to Senior 6 for high school. This is wonderful news but as you can imagine, high school costs more than elementary school. The Ugandan Ministry of Education sets science, technology and off-campus learning requirements. They have also developed a brand-new curriculum, requiring all new texts and supplies.

Additionally, we have some outstanding construction projects for the high school. Kitchen facilities are needed to feed the high school students, and the main building still needs many finishing touches (electricity, plumbing, paint, etc.)

If you are a sponsor and are able, we ask you to give to this fund to help us cover the short fall between normal sponsorship amounts and the actual costs as students enter Secondary (high) school.

If you aren't sure about choosing a particular child to sponsor but would like to contribute to Acres, we would love your help via our AOHU Secondary Supplemental fund.

Thank you for your consideration!
